Victor Olugbenga Afolabi
Chairman
Victor Olugbenga Afolabi is a Pharmacist par excellence, Health Economist and visionary entrepreneur. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Hazon Holdings – a conglomerate with interests in pharmaceutical distributions, health insurance, marketing communications, outdoor advertising, insurance brokerage, real estate, print production, commodity trading, investment and financial services, and the MD of GDM Group.
With a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from ABU, Zaria and a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan, the Lagos Business School Alumnus is relentlessly driven in the pursuit of excellence. He currently holds an MBA from Alliance Business School, Manchester University, UK.
Ayodeji Ademilua
Chief Executive Officer
Ayo Ademilua holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ondo State University. He has over Twelve years experience in the Finance industry and has worked in different banks in Nigeria before leaving Guaranty Trust Bank to pursue his entrepreneurial endeavour.
He brings on board his astute business analysis skills with leadership intuition that is synonymous with excellence and growth. He acquired requisite skills for renewable energy business from training and conferences locally and internationally. He is a member of the sustainability commission of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG) consulting on matters relating to renewable energy generation and low carbon emission.

He holds a bachelor of Technology in Pure and Applied Physics from LAUTECH Ogbomosho, Oyo State. He is presently undergoing his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in University of Lagos. He is very skillful in market penetration and market share growth. His field experience adds value to the team and the organization especially in aiding to control a good market share.
Seun Falode
HOD ENGINEERING UNIT
Falode Seun is the HOD of the A4&T Engineering unit, he had a HND in Electrical Electronics, has vast experience of 3 years in Telecommunication industries, 8 years’ experience in the Renewable energy industry. Certified in the GIZ/EU/AU/NAPTIN in renewables, and bagged a ASTEVEN PV Certificate.
